Where is Democracy going in the US?
I mean, where are all the Democrats and its party going?
For sure they are going to follow Obama who claimed to be something of a “better mix” between black & white a few days ago. I don’t know what is worse? A woman who will rule as Queen of America or a half breed President of the US who will claim to protect “All” of americans.
What else is left in the US? Well, nothing. The third worst option will be to vote for McCain.
i thought Latin America was in a mess, but it seems the US is even worse than we.
how sad…. What would anyone smart enough say about this two hundred years ago?

Wow, this could possibly be the most ignorant post I’ve seen in awhile. You must not know much at all about any candidate if you reduce them to a “Queen of America” and a “half breed President”. All three deserve careful consideration, not to be reduced to ignorant tag lines.

hahaha… BTW, I am not the one who called him “half breed” first… I was just making fun of how is it that people is going to vote for him just because of him coming from a mixed race history.
In fact, I am more supportive of Barack Obama than of McCain and Clinton. I am BY FAR A LOT MORE SUPPORTIVE OF OBAMA THAN THE REST OF THE CANDIDATES!

He’s just a person running for President. That’s how we should address and see him. He’s not his skin, he’s not where his parents are from, he’s a person. His past work has been in helping people directly and then in the legislature. I don’t understand the level of ignorance of people who seriously do seem interested in politics enough to spew their ideas about it.

The way i see it, Clinton will be a better choice not just for USA but also for Latinamerica and hopefully for the world. (Unless you what fried chicken and fries as your national food.) Any ways is gonna be difficult to bring back economical power that was lost in this past eight years of stupidity gobernability.
And by the way, Democracy? where? USA…

I agree with you unastronaut. Nonetheless, he brought up this issues regarding his ancestry and skin color during the last few weeks. He has just entered a very dangerous area in the US tradition of having “a double standard of morality” were everything you say can & will be used against you. Just as in inquisitorial trials during the Middle Age.
Cristian, they will have fried chicken and fries just as we have “atol para todos” in Guatemala as our “national food”. I agree with you because the recession is just beginning and no matter who wins this Presidential election he/she will have a VERY HARD TIME TRYING TO GOVERN a wicked “US Democratic country”.

Umm…no, Obama is half-Kansan, half-Kenyan. Make no mistake about it, he’s all-American. He’s lived an incredible rags to doing-fine life and still wants to help others.
Hillary would be strong, but I think some things need to change that aren’t going to if the name Clinton is attached. She actually suffers from being the wife of a man we have polarized opinions about.
Does Latin America care about this election in the US? I’m intrigued.
