Stop the World for a second and give me a break!

Video: World Gone Crazy “Untrue”

The world is a mess this week.  A bigger mess than a week ago and I am not sure if also as messed as a month ago.

This week Putin goes to visit Ahmadinejad in Iran and promises to support their enrichment of nuclear material for pacific uses while the West starts trembling at the idea of having a fundamentalist Islamic country with nuclear arms ready to kill as many infidels as possible by pushing the red button. (The Economist reviews this item: “How Friendly is Russia to Iran?”)

Mss. Bhutto is ready to return to Pakistan where she held the position of Prime Minister by charges of corruption in their government and she threatens that her followers will not accept if she is killed.  I wonder what she’s going to be able to do about it once shot.

The Dalai Lama received the American Golden Medal from George W. Bush for his work in the name of pacifism.  It is like asking Satan to give a golden medal to Saint Peter for avoiding good people from going to hell.

In Guatemala the citizens are getting ready to a second round of elections.  They have to choose from a former army general who offers a “rock hand” to fight for security and a pacifist socialist who offers a “caring spank in the ass” to fight for security.  Both of them are related in corruption, impunity and illegal activities since money flows to their campaigns from narcotrafic and assasins.

Now, it seems that Hugo Chavez will create a new time hour specially made for Venezuela by him and the country will be 30 minutes ahead of the rest of the world because he feels like they need to be first in everything.

And Al Gore won a Nobel prize for saying lots of politically correct lies (b*llshit) about how he tries to sell that humans are destroying the world while he gets richer and richer!!!

What the heck is going on? Is people actually stupid and the citizens don’t know who they choose as their leaders?  Or is it just “cost efficient” not to think about it.

Tears in my pillows.
