A wonderful book even if the man does have deist tendencies.
Conrad, I know that many people has experienced the same feelings that you did after reading Atlas Shrugged. I myself did.
However, it is very happy for me to hear that you had the same feeling about T.Sowell’s books. I work at a Library and after reading his books tried buying the whole list of titles included in them. They truly changed the way I understood everything.
Thank you.
I read Atlas Shrugged in 1962 when I was eighteen years old. It affected the way I have lived my life over the past forty-six years. Ayn Rand touched my life as no other author has. Well – with the possible exception of Thomas Sowell, with his “Visions Trilogy”: A Conflict of Visions; The Vision of the Anointed; and The Quest for Cosmic Justice.
We can only hope that Angelina Jolie, et al, will do a good job in turning Atlas Shrugged into a motion picture.
Gracias otra vez.
